To Fly High in life, you must believe in yourself and have the confidence to face almost anything. Here are some Fly High achievers who have the confidence to chase their dreams.
Umme Saba

"It gives me great pleasure to thank Frankfinn Institute and the people who have helped me to be successful in life. I am really proud to be a part of Frankfinn Institute. To be an air hostess was my dream and Frankfinn Institute has helped me reach my goal. I thank my center head and all the staff members for their full support and encouragement."
Rini Mascarenhas

"It was my long cherished dream to be an air hostess and Frankfinn provided me the wings to fly. After completing my higher secondary, I joined Frankfinn because I knew my overall personality would be molded by the training provided at Frankfinn. I sincerely want to thank each and every member of the Frankfinn Institute for making my dream come true. Special thanks to the faculty who helped me in grooming and personality development. I am really thankful to Frankfinn without its support and motivation I would not have been able to achieve my goal.”
Parmeet Singh Virdi
Air India Express
“I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training. I also thank the Chairman, Managing Director, Centre Head and the entire staff for constant assistance and support throughout my training and placement with Air India Express as Cabin Crew. The training imparted to me during the course has been extremely beneficial in giving in-depth knowledge of aviation, hospitality and travel industries. Once again I express my sincere gratitude to the staff of the Institute for imparting rigorous professional training to enable me to fulfill my long cherished dream.”
Sayani Basu
Yemen Airways
"I am so happy that I am going to Sonnah (Yemen) for training in Yemen Airways as an air hostess. It was my childhood dream to become an air hostess. With this dream in my eyes, I joined Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess training. There were many air hostess academies, which made tall claims, of providing a large number of air hostesses, but as I did my survey, I found out, that they were false. They could not even provide me names of 60 students selected in any airline.
I was highly impressed by Frankfinn’s results and transparency. They provided me with all the details and information I asked for. The course curriculum was so comprehensive that after one year of training the students were fully capable of being employed in any of the three sections of aviation, hospitality and travel management. Frankfinn taught me how to pursue my dreams and my goals. Now after completing only four months of my training, I became an air hostess.
Himani Pharasi
Hotel Radisson
“I would like to thank Frankfinn for showing me the path to the service industry and giving me the right guidance for my career. I got selected for Hotel Radisson based in Alibag, Mumbai. I would like to thank the faculty members and my placement department staff for enhancing my personality. I am highly obliged towards Frankfinn.”
Harleen Bhalla
Hotel Mughal Sheraton
“I want to thank you wholeheartedly. I am very thankful to you for giving me the opportunity to pursue the course which enabled me to join the hospitality industry, I am thankful to the faculty who provided me with knowledge of the industry whenever I needed it. I have been selected in ITC Mughal Sheraton Hotel for a front office job. All I am today and where I stand is because of the great efforts and hard work of my faculty who gave me proper training to be part of the hospitality industry. At last I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart and I don’t have words to express my gratitude towards you. Thank you very much."

Flight Attendant Employment Interview Questions:
Hello budding flight attendants! Want to sore the skies? Here is a guide that will help you get through your interview. For those who think sky is not the limit, read on!
Questions related to your ‘Behavior’
Here are a few examples of such questions that you may encounter in an interview.
1. Give an example of a situation where you had to handle a irritated customer and the outcome.
2. Give an example of a situation where you were not being supported by your employer and how you handled it.
3. Give an example of a situation where you had to go the extra mile to please a customer.
In order to answer these questions there is a technique which should be followed. Before your interview, you should retrospect in your life and try to pick out some experiences that you think are relevant to a flight attendants position. When speaking about your memory, you should state the (1) experience, (2) how you handled it, and (3) the outcome.
Questions related to specific ‘Scenarios’
These types of questions are also called problem-solving questions.
Usually scenario based questions put the person in a disarrayed situation on an airplane where a passenger has a problem. Here are some common questions that are asked.
Question 1: A passenger in the coach cabin says he noticed that the passengers in the first-class cabin were given newspapers and he would like one too.
Question 2: A woman changes her infant's diaper during the meal service and asks that you dispose of the dirty diaper for her.
Question 3: A man is making a business call on the in-flight telephone. He complains to you that he can't hear because the baby next to him won't stop crying.
Answer 1: You should tackle the situation by explaining it to the passenger that first class passengers get newspapers complimentary, and that they pay extra to avail these benefits. Then you should explain that you would try to get a newspaper from one of the passengers if they are done reading with it.
Answer 2: You should inform the passenger that you would be happy to dispose the diaper at the conclusion of the meal service. You could also recommend the passenger that she dispose the diaper herself in the lavatory. In either case the diaper should be disposed in an air sickness bag.
